QuestionnairesIf you invest a little bit of time now answering the following questions (or at least narrowing down the choices), you can save us both a lot of time later! I have found that people are often surprised at some of the questions they are asked. As a result, they often need to hunt down information, discuss matters with other family members, or mull things over before giving me the final instructions. While this questionnaire won’t eliminate these steps, it can mean that you can provide me with more complete information and instructions when we first meet, which will allow me to put together your Will far sooner. Please fill in the ‘background details’ questions and as many of the others as possible. The online form gives me a short overview and the word documents provides greater details. All information is kept strictly confidential.
